Who we are
Implemnt ("we", "us") is an AI implementation consultancy operated under Abu Dhabi trade licence CN-6468096. We are based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. These terms cover your use of this website.
Use of this site
The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not professional advice. Reading it, or contacting us through it, does not create a client relationship with us.
Calculators and tools
The calculators and tools on this site produce illustrative estimates based on the inputs you enter and the assumptions stated on each page. They are not quotes, and they are not guarantees of savings or results.
Engagements
Actual work we do for clients is governed by signed agreements, such as statements of work and service agreements. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Our outcome guarantee
Before any paid project starts, we agree one measurable outcome with you and write it into the statement of work. What we owe you if we miss it depends on who runs the system after launch, because we will only guarantee a result we can actually measure.
Where we host and run the system (managed). We measure the outcome ourselves, using data the system produces. At 30 days after launch, if it is falling short, we keep working at no extra cost. At 60 days, if the outcome is still not met, you stop paying the monthly fee until it is, for up to three months. If we have still not reached it by then, you can end the engagement immediately, with no notice period and nothing further to pay.
Where you host and run the system yourself (one-time build). Once the system is handed over we cannot see it, so we do not promise a number we have no way to measure. Instead, the statement of work lists exactly what the system will do, and the work is not finished until every item on that list is working and you have confirmed it in writing. Anything on the list that does not work, we fix at no extra cost. The system is built for the scale we agreed; if your business grows past that point, that is new work.
In both cases the outcome is set from a baseline we measured ourselves by watching the work, not from an estimate given on a call.
When the guarantee does not apply
The outcome guarantee is void if:
- we are refused the access we need to measure it
- the process the system was built for is changed after launch
If we think one of these is happening, we will tell you at the time rather than at the end.
Figures shown on this site
Results quoted anywhere on this site, including hours saved and times reduced, describe work already delivered for a specific client under that client's conditions. They are not a prediction about your business. Your number is agreed after we have watched your process, never before.
Our content
The text, graphics and design on this site belong to us. Do not republish them without our permission. Client names and results appear on this site with the client's permission.
Third-party links
Booking links (Calendly), WhatsApp links and other external links on this site lead to services with their own terms. We are not responsible for external sites or what happens on them.
No warranties and limitation of liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the content of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any dispute relating to this site falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
