What was broken

The business had no system. Every customer filled out a paper form. Staff manually tracked which items were rented and for how long. Pricing was calculated by hand. There was no way to contact previous customers because their information was on paper slips that got lost or thrown away.

All data is stored securely with no sensitive information exposed on the device. The system is designed so that even if someone walked off with the tablet, there is nothing exploitable on it.

Automations handle waiver generation, pricing calculations, and customer notifications in the background. Staff do not need to trigger anything manually.

How it was deployed

Day 1

Assessment call

Days 2-5

System build

Built the full system: registration, rental tracking, waiver handling, and pricing logic. Connected everything to a secure backend. Tested with simulated scenarios before going on-site.
